Does anyone know why he had it removed ??
I'm hoping he's not thinking of leaving the VGM scene soon.... -_-

I hope not as he has done alot of contributing to the game music scene and helped widened the popularity of game music.
I don't think he's stopped.
I took a look at the procyon-studio.co.jp address and it's pretty obvious the company is still going - but it looks as though they've diversified their area of business to all areas of game audio (sound effects, voice-over production, etc). This may be due to the fact that they just weren't getting enough work, or this could have been going on for a while now.
Anyway, it seems to me that they've just dropped English support for the site. The previous translator, Makoto Washimi, has started doing more stuff for them (I know he arranged the Chrono Cross Guitar Book), and another business venture on their website is website-design, which I'd presume is probably Washimi-san on his own. Considering the English website hadn't been updated for about a year (since the news that CocoeBiz were to start distributing their wares abroad), I presume Washimi-san is simply too busy and they're not willing to hire anyone else just to translate.
For a while now I've had the intention of setting up a Mitsuda site, but unfortunately my Japanese simply isn't of a high-enough quality to accurately translate the news stories and diary entries, and it won't be for about another 2 years. Until then, unless I can find someone who fancies translating for free, the project will be on the back-burner.

A fantastic design, too!
Some of the gear in the front page looks rather familiar.
