Does anyone like or watched Lupin the III animation series? One of the main composers for this animation is Mr. Yuji Ono, he is a treasure Jazz-man.
If you are fan of Miyazaki Anime, you might be interested in :
The Castle of Cagliostro (ルパン三世 カリオストロの城, Rupan Sansei: Kariosutoro no Shiro? (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:Japanese), Lupin the Third: Castle of Cagliostro, which was made in 1979.

Otherwise, Lupin the 3rd series are pretty cool.

The Castle of Cagliostro is an old favorite of mine! It was one of the first anime films I ever saw. There was also an independent TV channel that used to show it frequently along with other older anime films. I saw some of the TV series recently when they were airing it over here on the Cartoon Network. I like the characters, they are really unique. The older shows still have a lot of charm in them. :)

Wow! That's really nice to know. Lupin the 3rd is a REAL legend.
I hope people overseas also enjoy the series. The early time of Lupin was pretty crazy (^^; and each charactors are actually ALL ABOUT LUPIN, without anyone, Lupin the 3rd cannot be completed.
Each sceans are very calculated, and the wordings are well chosen.
