I saw a post by Mitsuda on his blog about this too a while ago. The post has been deleted. If anyone was wondering, it's the reason he hasn't posted anything on his blog since then.

It's a shame this happened, she was very talented.

Rest in peace Eri Kawai.

This is sad news. She had such a beautiful voice. I can only imagine the songs that were yet to be written that her voice would have added so much too. Best wishes to her family and friends.

P.S. I can't believe she passed away on my birthday :(
