Well I took a look at Chudahs-corner.com and saw that the Metal Slug 2 soundtrack is offered at Otaku.com and the composer is the "The New World Championship Mix Art Team". Metal Slug 3 is offered here, at Cocoebiz.com. So I hope that helps...
