No, he didn't. The composer for this game is Tomohito Nishiura.

Yasunori Mitsuda only arranged the main theme for the "Rogue Galaxy Premium Arrange" album.

I saw the official English website for DS game "Deep Labyrinth" today, and Mitsuda's biography mentions Rogue Galaxy, this is probably why you are asking this, isn't it?

that is correct. I got my hopes up when i saw he was somewhat attached to a music piece for the game and wondered if hed had anything to do with music compisition for it.

Now, he has been involved in one game for PS2 and two games for DS, but the titles have yet to be revealed or announced. Except for games, currently he has worked on CC arange album, three books(score?) and one CD which features the collaboration with certain composer.
