Yes, no soundtrack has been announced, despite listing all the track names and composers on the official website. There was, however, a promotional album which has three tracks (including an interview).

I'm surprised I didn't find it out before, but there is a big interview with all 10 composers of the game and the director on Dengeki Online (with cool pictures):

Is there a possibility for someone to translate it? Or at least some interesting parts?
