Hello all. Most know that Mitsuhiro Kaneda (http://squaresound.com/composers/kaneda.html) joined Basiscape last year. He hasn't produced that many works for the company, but the three albums featuring his work reveal he has outstanding capabilities. Now, Harry (Fatigue) and I recently discovered the absolutely outstanding The Starting Over: Hyper Street Fighter II Remix Tracks, which includes the standard Basiscape four (Sakimoto, Iwata, Kaneda, and Namiki), as well as three other contributors -- Yutaka Kumada, Yasushi Asada, and Kimihiro Abe. Now, Abe has already been confirmed as a Basiscape composer by CocoeBiz when Kahori reported on the score for ZOIDZS Metal Crush, while indicating Asada was an outsider collaborator (which is consistent with the fact he appears to independent musician based on his official web site (http://www11.plala.or.jp/act_yasu/index.htm)). Considering Kumada also contributed to Sakimoto's solo project Lia / Colors of Life, is this a new Basiscape member as well? And does anyone know anything more about Asada and Kumada?
