Night Ranger have to be one of my all time groups. Their album "7 Wishes" is one of the best albums of the 80s, and I even have all the 7" singles and music videos from it. I also own it on CD, tape and vinyl.

That's how much I love this album....

I am also OBSESSED with Jack Blades. The man is a genius. He also writes songs for other artists with his friend and partner Tommy Shaw (from Styx). I don't know why so many people call Night Ranger a metal act. I consider them an AOR/Arena Rock act along the lines of Styx, Journey, REO Speedwagon, Foreigner, etc. My fav. Night Ranger songs are:

Don't Tell Me You Love Me
Sing Me Away
Call My Name
Eddie's Comin' Out Tonight
(You Can Still) Rock in America
When You Close Your Eyes
Sentimental Street
I Will Follow You
Goodbye
Four in the Morning
Interstate Love Affair
Seven Wishes
The Secret Of My Success
Color Of Your Smile
Restless Kind
I Did It For Love
Someday I Will
As Always I Remain

The ones highlighted in green are tracks from 7 Wishes.

Hi mikeroach316!
I'm glad to see your post about them! I LOVE THEM,too!
Yeah, the 7 Wishes is one of their best, I agree with ya.
I recently got into a mood of "Hard Rock" again, as I used to be a Rock'n Roller (LOL) and I also like the album Midnight Madness. I somehow feel very nostalgic with the song "Let Him Run" I like all tracks on the album.

Actually, Night Ranger is one of the Rock bands that drug me into American Rock Music. How can I forget them! :)

Hey do you like "Damn Yankees" as well? Jack was a member of the Damn Yankees after he left Night Ranger, as ya know, and I like both, 1st and 2nd album. I used to drive my car with their music, the volume was HIGH enough ~you go it? ;)

Hey, you must be a collector! I only have their CDs.

Yeah, I've heard of Damn Yankees. I haven't heard every song of theirs, but I own both their discs, and the songs I HAVE heard are great.
