I, like many, missed out on the original Grandia soundtrack.
When I found out about it, it was out of print and no longer available.
The same was true for Vent, the original Grandia arrange album, as well as for Melodia, the Grandia II arrange album. If it hadn't been for sources like Chudah's Corner, I wouldn't have even found out about these albums.
So, is there any chance of these albums ever being reprinted?

Melodia was included with the LE Game. It's very short (21 minutes?), and the two Grandia II tracks are included with the US DC Game. It's not a G2 Arranged album in that sense, as it has twice as many G1 tracks....

So, I guess we're not interested in seeing reprints of these soundtracks, eh? :/

Not likely. Grandia I was published under King Records, so King Records would have to reprint. Vent was published under a different label.
I'm not sure what rights Iwadare has to his music. While some game composers may own the rights to their own music, they have no real way or time to press CDs and distribute them on their own.

What happens to the rights when the publisher goes under?

Usually, the rights go up for sale, I think? I'll let Kahori confirm this...
