I have been a fan of Mr. Sakuraba since 2001, when I played Valkyrie Profile for the first time. His music for the game was really shocking! I like hard rock, so I got hooked by the sound then.
I attended his live concerts last year and this year. In the concert at Astro Hall this year, someone in the audience said "Happy birthday!" to Mr. Sakuraba and the place became silent, and then I said "Sakuraba san, omedeto". And Mr. Sakuraba replied "Thank you..."! I was happy to hear that at that time, but afterwards I felt really sorry for the man who said "Happy birthday" first.
