Wow! That's great news!
I have a couple of questions for Black Mages:
1- Are they planning on any more concerts/albums being released in the future?
2- How long on average does it take to compose one of the Black Mages tracks?

Great, an interview...
To Kenji Ito : "It's your first live concert, how do you feel right now, before it?"
To Nobuo Uematsu : "Are you planning to play non final fantasy musics with the black mages ?"

Mmm, nice an interview. As a real big fan of Blackmages I would like to ask:
(Mr. Ito) I have noticed with the new CD being released in December the first track is an arranged of the FFX opener now with lyrics. In the future are we going to be hearing such classics such as Mayota's Cave or The Red Wings done in hardrock/heavy metal? Only asking because you have a good thing going and I would think battle music would become scarce after a while. 8)

This is not the first time Kenji Ito plays live. He already played some tracks of Sword of Mana during a public presentation and also during a special Shadow Hearts II show (along with Yo****aka Hirota and Yasunori Mitsuda).
Anyway, that's a great news ! I hope this interview will be interesting. If I have good questions, I'll post it.

For Mr. Uematsu and the rest of The Black Mages:
What rock/metal influences (Japanese, American or other) do you draw upon for your arrangements and performances?
For Mr. Ito:
You've recently returned to compose for series (Seiken Densetsu and Romancing SaGa) for which you used to be the main composer, but had left the sequels for others to work on after you. Does this mean that you are interested in returning to your position as main composer for these series?

Actually, track 1 of the Black Mages II CD is going to be Matoya's cave =D

Wow!
Missy do you have a confirmed tracklist of the upcoming CD? I would love to know what else to expect.
I know Skys Above and Man with the Machinegun are 2 of them.

As for my questions....
For Nobuo Uematsu:
Good luck with your newly formed company!...
Will "Smile Please" be able to sell Black Mages Goods, such as a DVD Recording of this Janurary 2005 performance, or will "Smile Please" only feature new works unrelated to Square-Enix?
For Kenichiro Fukui:
We loved your Einhander music! Please compose for another shooting game! (...or anything!)
Hmm, I'll have to think of something for Kenji Ito, I own few Romancing SaGa albums but I'll have to re-listen for a while first because it's been so long...

I would like to ask (Denys already said it) The Black Mages if they are planning to compose and perform their own musics now, not only Final Fantasy but completely new songs. I know how much Tsuyoshi Sekito and Kenichiro Fukui are skilled. That would be great if they do original tunes.
