beyond the beyond ost

I liked the music to the game, and the "ost" cd sounded incredible from the samples i found. Unfortunately as probably most of you know, it's out of print.

Now...
1. I prefer to get this legally. Is there any place that sells this cd? Or is there anyone willing to part with it? (for a half decent price)

2. If option one is impossible, is there anywhere i could download the music then? (I prefer to leave this to a last resort.)
