I preordered the Konami Masterpiece Collection and Devil May Cry 1 & 2, I checked the EMS tracker link in the email, and it seems that the flight never reach its destination... for Konami Collection, for example, the flight date was october 7th. Since, no news about it.

I sent a email 2 days ago to cocoebiz, but no answers yet... I posted here just in case it could have been lost.

Thank you for your message. I actually replied to your previous email, but I guess we have been facing another email problem again...I'm sorry about that.
As you read on the main page, all packages have been delivered with a huge delay. My local post office and the international section have confirmed about this matter a few days ago. I hope you receive your package soon!! :roll:

hmmm... Prince of Persia OST is now released, I didn't get any confirmation that it was shipped... Another prob with your mail server?

Oh about that, how can a server can bug enough to not being able to send mail to destination? =\
