1) Keep the posts civilized. No flaming or trolling. However, people are entitled to their opinions. If the topic is subjective (i.e. musical preferences), you should not be expecting anyone to agree with you, so don't take it personally. For example, if someone disgrees with you that album XYZ is fantastic, then move on. Arguing with them to try to convince them otherwise is not going to work.
2) No posts about CD-Rs, FTP servers, P2P, mp3 sites, etc. The publishers will not release albums for international sale if they see such posts.
3) If you have a problem with Cocoebiz.com, VGMWorld.com, or this forum please contact Cocoebiz via the contact form: http://www.cocoebiz.com/?display=contact. Please keep in mind that Cocoebiz can make mistakes and can have communication backlogs. CocoeBiz does its best to respond to all inquiries. If we fail to respond to an inquiry in 1 week, we ask that you contact us again.
4) Composers have very busy schedules. In addition to their work, they also receive a large number of correspondences from their fans. While they make every effort to try to read them all, they may not be able to write a response. Most often, the composers will not reply directly to their fans but post their replies somewhere.
Cocoebiz translates questions to Japanese asked by site visitors whenever possible and then relays them to the composers. The composers ultimately decides what will be replied. Cocoebiz has no control over this. Once a reply is formulated, it is sent back to Cocoebiz to be translated back into English. Cocoebiz will post the reply.
5) Rules are subject to change.
