I'm willing to pay but, it would be simply outstanding if I could get it for free but, how in the world do I get it ? How do I get any video game soundtracks. I can't figure out how to convert midi files so I can put them on Cds so I can listen to them in my car. I think it would be awesome to listen to "Bloody Tears" (castlevania 2) while cruising down the road. Thanks for your time and help.

You can get programs that convert midi files to MP3 which you can then listn to on a CD.. But it's much better to listen to the proper tracks off the soundtrack.
You can buy official game soundtracks from here, CocoeBiz, and aso sites like eBay and otaku.com and gamemusic.com. You just have to be really careful you buy the originals and not bootlegs (SonMay, Everanime etc)..
As for bloody tears from castlevania there are a few Castlevania soundtracks which will have that particular track. Check Chudah's website for a listing of castlevania soundtracks available (http://www.chudahs-corner.com/soundtracks/index.html).
I don't think there have been any golden sun soundtracks published yet but there have been many requests for some so there may be some in the future.
If you're after a midi to mp3 converter you might find one at www.versiontracker.com

I just want to thank you for addressing my inquiry :) It makes me feel great knowing there are gals out there interested in video games:) Here where I live there really isn't any gals that are gamers. It's just sweet. Well thank you again. Peace Out.

I just saw on Sakuraba's page that HE HAS DONE the music? Even if I have some mp3 of the game, I'd be one of the first to buy the album (even of the first Golden Sun). Let's just hope they'll release some kind of compilation of all games (there will be more Golden Sun games for sure, it can't end like that)...

Yes, all music in games by Camelot is handled by Motoi Sakuraba. Golden Sun 2 has a hidden sound test with all music of both Golden Sun games so if you miss a (complete) soundtrack you might ought to get the game itself (if you don't have already). [To get the sound test you must go to battle mode and talk to the lady in the farthest left corner, hold L and R down before you talk to her. Hold them down until she is done, and you'll be able to select a song from the game, but you can only select songs you've heard in-game aleady.]
Just bad that not all games by Camelot have some hidden sound tests like GS2, the music in Camelot's latest game, Mario Golf Advance Tour, is excellent as well.

THERE'S A SOUND TEST IN GOLDEN SUN?!?!?!? That's awesome! I'm ecstatic! Thank you! Thank you! #81 is a personal favorite. By the way, you said you have to unlock the songs. I currently have 96 songs. Anyone know if this is every song? Also, does anyone know if any Mario Golf or Mario Tennis games have hidden soundtests? (All platforms, N64, GB, GBA, GCN).
ALL games should have soundtest features.

96 is indeed the highest song number in GS2's sound test.

I know of none in those games unfortunately.
Mario Tennis has a OST.
Indeed, it's FMCN-1001 by Enterbrain. I incidentally prefer the chip rearrangement of the music for GBC over the OST of the N64 version though. ; )
