Namco GSE Vol. 5 - Rolling Thunder 2(VICL-15005)

I've just received this CD today.... and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised, Aya seems to have had a knack for Jazz-inspired compositions since her early days at Namco. Aside from the 5~10 seconds long tracks, everything here is quite rich composition-wise; sound quality is really nice as well :)

I'm wondering if Aya's other known solo VGM CD : Namco GSE Vol. 16 - Attack of The Zolgear(VICL-15035), is worth hunting down ? I haven't found any sites that give the lenght of the CD. Does anyone happen to know ?

Anyways. hearing this soundtrack made me appreaciate Aya even more. I look foward to her next work.

Yes Rolling Thunder 2 soundtrack is really fine, tracks 6 "A Terrible Residence (Round 2)" and 7 "Across The Tube (Round 3)" are marvelous in my opinion. :)

Still enjoying Rolling Thunder 2 after all this time, and recently acquired her X-day soundtrack, which happens to be as great as RL2... Attack of the Zolgear is coming soon, I'm really looking foward to that in particular. What was Ms. Saso's last work ? It's been a while since we had an album of hers.
