To tell you the truth, I love all of his work. But two really stand out for me and they're both on the Chrono Cross OST...
On the Shore of Dreams ~ Another World and Chronomantique.
They both just give me goosebumps everytime I hear them. On the Shore of Dreams ~ Another World just has that beautiful, mesmerizing sound that I could listen to forever. It's so well composed. While Chronomantique has that layed back feeling that makes me relax. I love them!
What are your favorites?

This is an extremely tough question Otaru. I can't pick only one so a few of my favorites are:
1) Wings (Xenogears)
2) Singing of the Gentle Wind (Xenogears)
3) Dreamwatch of Time (Chrono Cross)
4) Nephilim (Xenosaga)
5) Omega (Xenosaga)
*note* There are so many more!!!

Can I say "all of Chrono Cross" and be done with it? No? ;)
Then I guess I'll have to say "Voyage ~ Home World", closely followed by "Chronomantique".

WAY too many too list from Mitsuda. Everything he does sounds spectacular, too bad that he isn't doing Xenosaga Ep. II after the stellar Ep. I.

I'm in love with these songs!
-Dream of the shore (Chrono Cross)
-Time's scars (Chrono Cross)
-Into the sky (Xenogears)
-Without stealing the jewel (Chrono Cross)
-Chrono Trigger's ending theme.
The most incredible aspect of these songs was the apropiate asociation with the events in the games. Of corse them alone are excellent enough to be heard for eternity.
Mitsuda san is the best music composer to exist in this planet.
God bless the man who's masterpieces make me want to live!

I love the piece that plays when you end Mario Party 2. Few people know it's his... just hear at the quality and you'll soon realize it's Mitsuda's work.

I'm fairly certain Mitsuda did not compose for Mario Party 2. The only MP game he composed for was the first one.
