About Q & A to Mr. Sakimoto (Important)

We have been accepting questions and fan letters to Mr. Sakimoto on the English Website, we have decided to have Q & A page on his English Website to put the past questions and answers. (Like Mailbag)
We will ask the questioner before we put the Q & A if he/she doesn't mind it. If any questions that are general, we would like to have them put on the Q & A page.
(The Q & A page will be added to his English Website as soon as possible.)

We cannot accept any questions to Mr. Sakimoto here on forum, but only via email.
Please be patient until you receive answers as he is a very busy person, but please note that he is really sincere to his fans. :wink:

No objections here, but a word of caution to Mr. Sakimoto if I may:

Ultros is not an individual you want to see getting major pissed. He is the type of creature that blocks your path at the worst possible moment and seals off any escape. Even if you defeat him once, nobody finishes the great and mighty Ultros because he will show up again right when you least expect it.

Obviously, working on so many projects does not leave much time to read e-mail, but please answer a few of the monsterÆs questions when you get the chance.

Anyway, I don't know about anyone else but I have found CocoeBiz very helpful in responding to emails and very pleasant to deal with, especially considering how many emails they must get each day..

Maybe the fact your emails were ignored should tell you they are of little importance and quite frankly, if you are sending emails of similar content to your last post, I'm not surprised they were ignored. A little courtesy and patience wouldn't go amiss, you know.

Firstly, I would like to aplogize for the delay in answers from any of the composers we promote.

We at CocoeBiz do not reply to questions asked by fans. These questions are translated and forwarded to respective composers by us.

Most of the composers that we promote here, will NOT reply directly to fans as it is impossible to do so with the number of fanmail they receive on a daily basis, and also with the amount of work they have.

But, you can be sure that fanmail is read by all composers. If and when these composers reply to questions asked by fans, then only we will post the answers on their websites. Unforntunately, it is impossible for composers to reply directly to fans.

Regarding your 2 emails to Mr. Sakimoto, they were both sent and I replied to you regarding the questions you had. This reply was sent to you on June 10th, 2004.

In my reply, I asked you about the music file, that was asked by Mr. Sakimoto in my conversation with him, and since then I have NOT received your reply.

So, if you have any questions or thoughts regarding this matter, please email us directly and do NOT criticize any of our members in this forum.

Ultros, if you have not received a response in 1 month, you could have contacted CocoeBiz again. Like the composers, CocoeBiz also receives a lot of correspondence as well. Sometimes CocoeBiz misses things. Other times, the composers have not replied, and Cocoebiz has to wait on them.

It seems you're upset that the text "answering clearly and promptly" somewhere on the CocoeBiz site is inaccurate. If so, you should bring it up with Cocoebiz privately, not vent in the forums. CocoeBiz does have a contact page. http://www.cocoebiz.com/contact/index.php. You blowing off steam in such a manner here will just make you lose credibility.

You should direct your energies in constructively communicating with Cocoebiz than fuming in the forums and attacking others.

If you act like this again, Cocoebiz will ban you from the forums and really ignore your emails.

Please keep in mind the composer has the final word on whether they want to reply to your questions. CocoeBiz cannot do anything if the composer decides not to reply to your particular question.

Did it ever occur to anyone that Mr. Ultros is perhaps saying things that are reflective of his being? I mean, Ultros is quite a character, obviously. This is to say that MAYBE not everything he says is meant to be taken literally... kind of like the bible... although I DO sympathize with what he is trying to say to some degree. I have attempted to send in some questions and they have yet to be answered but I agree that this is definitely not the place to make known your seemingly ample conundrums; with all due respect... Expressing you own opinion, fine, but criticizing people and being rude is just plain immature and a waste of time and space on the forums. I don't know about everyone else but when I come here I expect people to have some degree of courtesy and politeness. This place has always been friendly and it isn't fair for one immature member to come in and spam up serious threads and ruin that reputation.
If you have an opinion on something there is a way to express it without giving out abuse and acting like a complete idiot.
As for the banning, I don't see why people who have total disrespect for other forum members and admin and freely give out abuse should be allowed to stay.
Anyway, that's my opinion on the matter. I really hope this is resolved soon so we can move on to discuss more serious topics without hassle. :roll:

Thank you for your opinion. We absolutely welcome members who "express their opinions", and that is the purpose of these forums, however, these forums are not a place for members to insult other members, but to communicate in a civilised manner.

We will not ban members who "express their opinions", but if a person says something that hurts or insults another member, then we have to think about controlling the situation, either by suspending or banning that particular member. We do not wish to have this kind of behavior in our forums, so we hope that our members exchange or express their opinions in a civilised manner.

Regarding the questions you had asked in your two previous emails, we had replied to it on June 10th, and we have been waiting since then for your reply.
